We're incredibly proud of our dedicated staff. All our Pre-School Practitioners are NVQ level 3 qualified and our Senior Supervisors are qualified to NVQ level 6 (degree level). Each child is allocated a staff member as their Key Person, who will make observations and plan for him/her within both continuous provision and adult led focussed activities.

Parents as partners
At Willow Pre-School we believe that parents are the first and most important educators of their children and so we seek to involve them in the life of the setting. In addition to our reqular events we also encourage parents/carers to meet their Key Person each term for a 10 minute chat so you can discuss your child's progress and have input into their education.
