The pre-school is open Monday to Friday during school term time. We offer three sessions a day and are very flexible, let us know what pattern of sessions works for your family.
Morning Session 9am-12pm
Lunch Club 12-1pm
Afternoon Session 1-4pm
Fees and funding
Per 3 hour session: £24.00
Lunch club: £8.00
Full day: £56.00
Consumables Charge: £25.00​

We charge a one-off consumable payment as part of the induction process. This covers all the setting up costs for your child, including name labels, a scrap book, allocation of a Key Person and a Willow Polo shirt.

Fees are payable termly and may be paid with cash, bank transfer or using childcare vouchers. If sessions are dropped without notice we reserve the right to charge 4 weeks fees in lieu. Fees are still payable during absence unless a child has prolonged sickness (usually over 3 weeks).

Universal Funding is available and is 15 hours per week. Some families may also be eligible for 30 hours funding or for extra funding if they are on a low income.

Please note that Lunch Club is not part of our funded offer and a charge is made to cover rent and staffing. Places are subject to availability and regular slots need to be booked in advance, we may offer adhoc sessions as add-ons once your child is settled.
Equality and diversity
Willow Pre-school operates a robust equal opportunity policy and children are offered places as they become available regardless of ethnicity, religion or additional needs. We have a designated SENCO and Language Lead who will liaise with you, your child's key person and other professionals as required. The waiting list is operated in birth date order: please give your child's details to any member of staff.
